Duties include: 

•             Ability to work assigned shift including weekends, weekdays, and holidays without special scheduling requirements.

•             Must be able to report to work on time for all scheduled shifts in clean uniform with appropriate shoes and name tag.

•             Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, squat, bend, reach, lift, pull, push and lift up to 35 pounds.

•             Must be able to prepares items as directed.

•             Open breakfast on time with all items prepared, fully stocked and replenished throughout breakfast period, measures and logs temperature controls, replenishes and restocks condiments, utensils, paper products and cleans all areas of guest use. Washes and sanitizes dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, preparation items and other items as required.    Replenishes coffee/tea service and fruit in breakfast and lobby. 

•             Cleans all areas of use including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming of floors, emptying of trash, washing and storing all equipment, sets up for the next day’s service, completes inventory for ordering on assigned day(s). 

•             Ensures that kitchen, storage, buffet area and dining area are maintained and operated in adherence to food safety and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic outgoing personality, enjoy meeting and chatting with guests and has experience preparing and serving food. Willing to train right candidate.
